We have been working hard, jamming our asses off to bring you a full length album of the freshest Argyle tunes yet. Some of these songs are brand new this summer, and some have been on our set lists for much longer! We’re excited to be able to offer the record on wax – it’s a dream and a first for all of us. We’re playing out! Thursday the 16th of June at 9:00 PM, Argyle will throw down with classics from Team Building Exercises, and new tunes from the as-yet-only-tentatively-titled upcoming album. We shared the stage with Band of Comerados and Zen Hunter, two super sweet bands you should really check out. Sure, you love Argyle. You enjoy the sweet sounds of uninterrupted instrumental funk as much as the next Portlander. But there’s something else that might just get you up and out to the Starday on Friday, April 6: Genghis the super rad bar dog. Now I can’t promise that he’ll give you a private audience, but he has crashed the stage at least once during our gigs at the Starday. And just look at that face!
